By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using RadCompendium and its associated services, features, workflows, tools, educational resources, knowledge base, AI-assisted functionalities, structured reporting systems, or generated outputs (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Use of the Platform is also subject to the applicable:

2. Eligibility and Intended Use
The Platform is intended primarily for:

- Medical students
- Hospitals and cancer centers
- Related medical personnel
Public visitors may browse certain informational sections of the Platform; however, functional use of Platform tools and services is intended for professional, educational, and workflow-support purposes.
By using the Platform, you represent that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
- Your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- You will use the Platform responsibly and professionally
3. Educational and Assistive Nature of the Platform
RadCompendium is an AI-assisted educational and workflow-support platform intended to assist with:

The Platform is not intended to function as:
- An autonomous diagnostic system
- A replacement for physician judgment

All outputs generated through the Platform are assistive and informational in nature and require independent professional review and verification.
4. Professional Responsibility
Users retain sole and complete responsibility for:
- All clinical interpretations and diagnostic conclusions
- Staging decisions and patient management decisions
- Treatment planning and report finalization
- Communication with patients
- Compliance with institutional, legal, ethical, and professional obligations
Use of the Platform does not transfer clinical responsibility to RadCompendium.
Users must independently verify all generated outputs prior to any clinical, academic, operational, or patient-related use.
5. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
- Restricting unauthorized access to their accounts
- Ensuring accuracy of account information
- All activities occurring under their accounts
Users agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Create fraudulent accounts
- Share accounts in unauthorized ways
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
RadCompendium reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion where misuse, abuse, suspicious activity, legal risk, security concerns, or violations of these Terms are identified.
6. Permitted Professional Use
Subject to compliance with these Terms, users may utilize the Platform in connection with legitimate professional, educational, institutional, reporting, or workflow-related activities — including use within hospitals, teleradiology workflows, reporting services, academic settings, or clinical support environments.
Users acknowledge that:
- Generated outputs remain draft-assistive material
- Independent professional review is mandatory
- All final responsibility remains solely with the user
7. Prohibited Uses
Users shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying models, prompts, workflows, or system logic
- Scrape, harvest, copy, or systematically extract Platform content or knowledge resources
- Use automated systems or bots to excessively query or overload the Platform
- Use Platform outputs to build competing products, datasets, models, or commercial AI systems
- Reproduce or redistribute proprietary Platform content at scale
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Interfere with Platform stability or infrastructure
- Upload unlawful, malicious, defamatory, or harmful material
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Use the Platform in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or professional obligations
RadCompendium reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action regarding suspected misuse.
8. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
The Platform may include educational content, workflow structures, and informational references derived from publicly available medical literature, professional resources, and generally recognized reporting or clinical practices.
RadCompendium does not claim ownership over publicly available medical knowledge, professional guidelines, standard clinical concepts, or independently developed medical practices.
However, the Platform's software implementation, system architecture, interfaces, functionality, compilations, integrations, and operational components remain protected under applicable intellectual property and commercial laws.
Users may utilize generated outputs for legitimate professional, educational, institutional, and operational purposes. Users may not:
- Unlawfully copy or exploit the Platform itself
- Attempt unauthorized extraction of underlying systems or infrastructure
- Interfere with Platform operations
- Use automated means to scrape, overload, replicate, or misuse the Platform at scale
Nothing in these Terms restricts users from independently developing lawful workflows, educational systems, reporting approaches, or professional practices outside the Platform.
9. User Inputs and Confidentiality
Users are solely responsible for all information submitted through the Platform.
Users agree not to submit unnecessary personally identifiable patient information unless such submission independently complies with applicable laws, institutional requirements, and professional obligations.
RadCompendium does not guarantee compliance with any specific regulatory framework, institutional policy, or jurisdictional requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users remain solely responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Obtaining required permissions or consents
- Ensuring lawful use of submitted information
10. AI Services and Platform Availability
The Platform may utilize third-party artificial intelligence systems, cloud infrastructure providers, APIs, and related technologies to provide functionality and outputs.
Platform availability, accuracy, response quality, and functionality may vary and may be affected by:
- Third-party systems and technical limitations
- Scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages
- Updates or infrastructure disruptions
RadCompendium does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent retention of content, or continuous compatibility with all workflows or systems.
The Platform may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
11. Paid Plans, Billing, and Subscription Services
Certain Platform features may require paid subscriptions, usage-based billing, or premium access plans.

- Violation of applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, or professional obligations
13. Suspension and Termination
RadCompendium reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse access to the Platform for any reason including:
- Violations of these Terms
- Misuse or abusive usage patterns
- Security concerns or suspected unlawful activity
- Payment failures
- Operational necessity
Termination or suspension may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
